Westminster City Council Election, High Street Ward

We just talked to England, and they said that we could do a do-over on the city council election that just took place for the High Street Ward of Westminster, in which Blur drummer Dave Rowntree was one of the candidates. They were really cool about it, and they said that they would let this actually count as the city council election.
